PROTOTYPE NOTICE
Ask Audie is an independent demonstration prototype and is not an official U.S. Army, Department of War, or government system. You must verify all critical newcomer check-in info with official base agencies.
Do Not Submit Sensitive Information
Ask Audie is a prototype AI assistant. Under no circumstances should you ever enter, submit, or transmit any of the following sensitive personal or military information:
Data Processing & Storage
When you enter a message in the chat, it is processed by the server to run keyword searches and construct an appropriate context-based prompt. If an API key is configured, the prompt is evaluated by an AI model to produce a response.
Ask Audie stores submitted questions, generated answers, source references, feedback, device/browser metadata, and optional guided intake selections for prototype improvement and administrative review. Do not submit sensitive information.
What Is Not Required
This prototype does not require login credentials, and the chat does not ask for your name. We do not use persistent advertising or social-media tracking pixels.
Optional Contact form submissions are stored separately with the name and message you choose to provide.
User Responsibility
You are entirely responsible for avoiding the submission of sensitive information in the chat input. Ask Audie does not employ filters to automatically scrub SSNs or Department of War IDs from inputs.
If you accidentally submit sensitive data, close the app session and avoid entering that information again. Stored chat content is used for prototype review and should not include sensitive personal or military information.
Official Guidance Mandate
All official and binding personnel guidance must come from official Fort Stewart offices, military personnel centers, or the verified government installation site. Always prioritize official forms, sponsors, and leadership commands above prototype AI summaries.
