IMPORTANT PROTOTYPE NOTICE
Ask Audie is a demonstration prototype and is not an official U.S. government website. It is not endorsed by the Army or Fort Stewart. Users must verify all critical details and checklists with official sources.
Is Ask Audie official?
No. Ask Audie is a prototype informational assistant. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the U.S. Army, Department of War, or Fort Stewart. It is not an official government system or website.
What information sources are used?
The assistant uses publicly available information published on the official Fort Stewart website (home.army.mil/stewart) and Winn Army Community Hospital portals. The data contains details about reporting units, checklists, housing offices, and support directories.
Can I rely on Ask Audie for final instructions?
No. Answers provided by the prototype are for guidance and quick reference only. All personnel must verify critical reporting times, required checklist items, and final instructions with official installation channels (e.g. your sponsor, unit command, or official website).
Does Ask Audie collect personal information?
Ask Audie does not require login credentials, and the chat itself does not ask for your name. Ask Audie stores submitted questions, generated answers, source references, feedback, device/browser metadata, and optional guided intake selections for prototype improvement and administrative review. Do not submit sensitive information. If you use the Contact form, the name and message you provide are stored with that submission.
Should I enter sensitive information in the chat?
Absolutely not. You must never type or submit sensitive details such as Social Security Numbers (SSNs), Department of War ID numbers, passwords, financial/bank information, medical records, or classified information. This is a prototype system.
Who is Ask Audie intended for?
It is built for active duty Soldiers, National Guard and Reserve personnel, Department of War civilian employees, contractors, and military spouses or dependents who are preparing for a Permanent Change of Station (PCS) or assignment to Fort Stewart.
What if an answer conflicts with an official office?
In the event of any conflict, official guidance from physical base offices (e.g. Marne Reception Center, HSO, or DEERS RAPIDS desk) always takes precedence. You must follow the instructions provided by base personnel and official websites.
